Paper Format
- Papers should follow Springer (LNEE) format, Paper size should be maximum of 5~6 pages including all figures, tables, and references. For the preparation of the camera-ready papers/files, authors have to strictly adhere to the Springer Authors' Instructions.
- Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.
- Plagiarism, data fabrication and image manipulation are not tolerated.
- Plagiarism includes copying text, ideas, images, or data from another source, even from your own publications, without giving any credit to the original source.
- Reuse of text that is copied from another source must be between quotes and the original source must be cited. If a study's design or the manuscript's structure or language has been inspired by previous works, these works must be explicitly cited.
- If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript may be rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, we may publish a correction or retract the paper.
Conference Proceedings
- IC3S-2020 will be published by LNEE Series, Springer (SCOPUS Indexed). Accepted contributions in the conference will be indexed by other major indexing agencies including CiteSeerX, Google Scholar, EBSCO, ERA and ProQuest. The conference proceedings with CDs and certificate for presentation will be distributed to the conference participants at the conference registration desk.
After acceptance
After receiving the notification of acceptance, the authors of accepted Papers will be asked to modify their Paper according to the Reviewers recommendations and to submit the Camera Ready version of their paper and all source files necessary to produce the final version by the Editor and sign the Copyright Transfer Form (phase 3).
To register for the confere nce, the author has to complete the following within the given deadline.
»Preparing and uploading of the Camera-Ready Article:
The final camera-ready copy of the papers must be in Springer LNEE format with a length of maximum 6 pages. Check Author Guidelines in Springer for formatting the camera-ready article.
» Paying Registration Fee:
Calculate the registration fee according to type of authorship as directed in REGISTRATION page in the conference website and make payment using NEFT or Wire transfer (preferable: Mention paper id and Author name in the remarks column during online transfer). Do not forget to keep the pay-in-slip or Challan or online payment receipt. You need the scanned copy of it to complete the registration.
Preparing the Presentation
Electronic presentation facility will be available, and authors should prepare their presentations having approximately 20 slides. Presentation time is limited to 15 minutes including the question and answer session. The presentation should be crisp to clearly bring out the objective of the research and its outcomes along with its importance and applications, if any.
